"I am a Catholic Missionary..." Writing Contest Winners have been announced! This contest was held as one of several activities celebrating 75 years of missionary activity in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Children were asked to respond to the phrase, "I am a Catholic Missionary..." Children in Grades 3-6 were asked to respond in the form of a poem or prayer while children in Grades 7-12 were requested to submit essays of 500 words or less. We received over 350 submissions. All were wonderful and creative. From these entries, winners and runner-ups were selected based on originality and ability to creatively and passionately complete, "I am a Catholic Missionary..."
